1. What is this site?

Buzcuk Wallpapers ("the Site") is a free gallery of phone and desktop wallpapers for personal use. The Site is a hosting provider (under Turkey's Law No. 5651): it does not produce content itself, items are published by the admin, and visitors cannot upload.

2. License — what you can and cannot do

• ✔ Allowed: download any wallpaper and use it as your personal background.
• ✘ Forbidden: commercial use (products, ads, print, resale, NFTs), bulk downloading and re-publishing on other sites / apps / social accounts, or claiming the work as your own.
• ✘ Scraping, bulk-download bots, or abusive request rates.
• Single shares on social media are fine if you link back to the page on this site.

3. Intellectual property

All rights to the images belong to their respective owners. If you believe something was published without permission, follow the steps on the Copyright / Removal page — we review and, where appropriate, remove within 72 hours.

4. Disclaimer

• The Site is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for issues on your device from downloaded files (we recommend scanning with antivirus).
• We are not responsible for the content of external links.
• We never sell your data (see Privacy).

5. Age

The Site targets a general audience. If you are under 13, use it with a parent.

6. Prohibited content

We do not publish violence, hate speech, obscenity, or content attacking personal rights. Report anything like that to us.

8. Governing law

Turkish law applies. Courts of Istanbul (or consumer arbitration / courts of your province) are competent.
