1. What data do we collect?

• Not required: no account or name is needed to browse.
• Technical logs (Cloudflare): IP address, browser type, visit time, pages viewed — for security, abuse prevention, and statistics.
• Admin cookie: only on admin login, an HttpOnly, Secure, 12-hour session cookie (bw_admin). No tracking cookies for visitors.
• Contact / takedown notices: if you email us, we keep your name, email, and message to resolve the request.
• Ads / analytics: none right now. If added, this page is updated and cookie consent is requested.

2. Firebase & Cloudflare

The wallpaper list comes from Firebase Firestore, files from R2 / external URLs, and the site is served via Cloudflare Workers. These providers may technically process data such as IPs. The Firebase API key is kept on the server (Worker secret) and never sent to visitors' browsers.

3. Why do we use data? (KVKK art. 5–6)

• Operating the site, security, fixing bugs (legitimate interest).
• Handling copyright takedown requests (legal obligation).
• Sharing relevant data if legally requested (court / BTK).

Data is never sold or shared for marketing.

4. Your rights (KVKK art. 11, GDPR-style)

Write to ypretiral@gmail.com any time to learn whether your data is processed, and to request correction, deletion, or to object. We reply free of charge within 30 days.

5. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Tell us if that happens and we delete it.

6. Security

Admin passwords and API keys are stored as Cloudflare secrets, never hard-coded. No system is 100% secure; in case of a significant breach we notify those affected.
