Copyright & Takedown Policy (DMCA / Law No. 5651)
To rights holders: we remove infringing content within 72 hours. Please send the information below in full.
Under Law No. 5651 we are a hosting provider. We cannot be held liable for unlawful content until notified; upon notice we take it down (notice-and-takedown).
1. How to file a takedown notice
Email ypretiral@gmail.com with subject Copyright Takedown Request and include:
- Your full name and email (state if you are the owner; if an agent, attach authorization).
- The URL of the page on our site you want removed.
- The original work (your site / portfolio / registration) — where you published it.
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use is unauthorized, plus your e-signature (name is enough).
- Confirmation that you know false statements carry legal liability.
2. Process
- 0–72 hours: we review the notice. If valid, we take the image down and log it.
- Objection: if the publishing side claims a right (license / fair use), we forward the objection to you; if unresolved, courts decide.
- Repeat infringement: repeat offenders' content is permanently blocked.
3. Note to the admin (to stay out of trouble)
- Only publish your own work / licensed / expressly permitted images. Don't upload random finds from Google / Pinterest.
- Write the source and license in the description (e.g. "Unsplash — John D., CC0").
- When in doubt, don't publish; when a request arrives, take down without arguing.
- For posters, anime screenshots, game artwork, or logos, never promise commercial use.
